There was a time when work tweak meant Microsoft's Tweak UI. Those were the days of XP. Since then , things have changed. Tweak UI is no longer available and the things that needs tweaking have also changed a lot with windows 8 and windows 8.1.
Ultimate Windows Tweaker is designed for advanced users (but it is simple enough for ambitious novices as well), UWT gives you control over more than 150 Windows settings, all of them conveniently grouped into seven categories Personalization, User Accounts & UAC, System Performance, Security Settings, Network Tweaks, Internet Explorer and Additional Tweaks). If you shut down your PC or reboot with folders still open, those folders will re-open when Windows restarts.
In addition, you can make many administrative restrictions on Windows 8/windows 7(e.g. disable Registry Editor ), Windows Explorer restrictions (e.g. disable hidden Folder viewing Options), Windows apps' restrictions (e.g. disable Windows Media Cent) or configure Windows Update settings (e.g. disable all Windows Updates)
